Claudia V. Montanía
Regional & Agricultural Economist
I am an economist specializing in regional economic techniques and agricultural economics, with a particular focus on regional disparities. My work consistently bridges theory and application, helping policymakers design effective interventions.
I have built my expertise across leading institutions, including the Department of Agriculture and Applied Economics at the University of Arizona, where I work as an Extension Economist, and the United Nations Development Programme's Accelerator Laboratory in Paraguay, where I previously served as a researcher for development projects.
